Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimated at 3-7 business days once shipped.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages The Shires Den is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at meganderson2_25@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.
